Nahe der Küste, ganz im Norden von Tanzania, befinden sich die Usambaraberge. Das zu den East Arc Mountains gehörende Gebirge ist zwischen über 1000 und übeer 2000 m hoch. Mit seinen Regenwäldern und zahlreichen endemischen Arten gehört es zu den Artenhotspots der Welt.
Near the cost far in the north of Tanzania there are the Usambara Mountains. Belonging to the East Arc Mountains they have a high between over 1000 to over 2000m. With its rainforest and many endemics it is a hotspot of biodiversity.
